Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Amrit LMS software platform — including creating a workspace, subscriptions, and platform features. Academy users who register and operate a workspace are our clients under these Terms. They do not govern separate terms that individual academies may set for their own students.

Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Amrit LMS. By accessing or using Amrit LMS you agree to these Terms.
Clients and academy users
A client is an academy user who registers on Amrit LMS, creates or administers a workspace, and holds a trial or paid subscription with us. Clients include schools, coaching centers, trainers, and other institutions that use Amrit LMS to run their online academy.
Unless the context clearly refers to end learners, references to "you" in these Terms mean you as a client. Students and parents who use an individual academy's site are governed by that academy's own policies; the academy remains responsible for its relationship with them.
1. About Amrit LMS
Amrit LMS is a Software-as-a-Service platform that enables institutions, educators, trainers and organizations to create and manage branded online learning platforms.
2. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and accept responsibility for activities performed under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not upload illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the platform or use Amrit LMS for unlawful activities.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant Amrit LMS a limited license to host, process and display it solely for providing the service.
5. Subscription & Billing
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Fees are billed according to the selected plan and may automatically renew unless cancelled.
6. Free Trial
Free trials may be offered and modified or withdrawn at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and unforeseen events may temporarily affect access.
8. Intellectual Property
The Amrit LMS software, branding, documentation, website and platform remain the intellectual property of Amrit LMS.
9. Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, fraudulent activities or non-payment.
10. Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties except where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amrit LMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Amrit LMS from claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Amrit LMS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Amrit LMS unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
